How Click & Collect Works

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your order from our Auckland CBD-based office between Monday - Friday 10AM-5PM

(Excluding Public Holidays)

If the item is shown as eligible for Click & Collect, your order will be ready for collection within 2 working days.

Items cannot be picked up if the Click & Collect option does not appear at the checkout.

What hours and times are you open?

Our office is open Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM (excluding public holidays). Click & collect is only available during this time.

Click & Collect isn't showing at checkout!

Not all items are available for collection. If the Click & Collect option isn't showing at checkout, the item is unavailable for pick-up at this time.

Please select delivery to get your item delivered to your doorstep.

Do I need my ID when picking up my items?

Yes, you'll need to present your ID before picking up your items. Please ensure that you bring in proof of purchase and a valid photo ID (driver's license, passport or 18+ card) when collecting the products.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes. Just provide the name and mobile number of the person collecting your order at checkout. Make sure they are over 18 and have their ID ready at pick up.

What happens if my order isn’t available when I arrive?

Firstly, ensure you wait for the second ‘ready for collection’ email before proceeding to our office. This will ensure the team have put aside your item and assigned it to your order.

Our inventory is frequently changing and sometimes we will cancel item(s) from your order which are no longer available. You will be notified by email if any part of your order cannot be supplied and a separate refund and cancellation email will be sent.

Can I cancel a Click & Collect order?

Yes. Should you need to cancel your order prior to pick up, please contact us.

Can I return a Click & Collect order?

Returns are offered in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
